Before selling any food products at Chester Farmers and Artisans Market a Vendor will need to complete and sign our Checklist, with this wording, to confirm they satisfy the following requirements. That:

2. They understand products in the Guideline’s Schedule C cannot be sold. (What’s in Schedule C?)
3. Selling products in the Guideline’s Schedule A requires an Annual Public Market Permit. (What’s in Schedule A?)
4. Selling products in the Guideline’s Schedule B that need testing requires a Schedule B letter for those products. (What’s in Schedule B?)
